- Chris Bruno
- Father of Alyssa Rose Bruno and President of Alyssa's Angels. Chris is a 1986 graduate of Syracuse University and is currently employed as a Children and Family Services Specialist for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Chris family includes wife Lori and daughter Addison Lily.
- Lori Bruno
- Mother of Alyssa Rose Bruno. A graduate of Empire State College with a degree in Children and Family Studies. Lori has been employed at Monroe County Children's Center for over 24 years and is currently a case worker. Her family includes husband Chris and daughter Addison Lily.
- Joseph Agostinelli
- A graduate of Aquinas Institute and SUNY Oswego, Joe is the Director of Communications for Senator Joseph E. Robach. Joe has served on the Alyssa's Angels board since the charity's inception. He is an avid sports fan, rooting for the New York Mets, Syracuse Orange, New York Knicks, Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bills, and anyone who plays the New York Yankees. He is also a public address announcer for Aquinas Li'l Irish athletics and Section Five football and hockey.
- Michelle Alaimo
- Employed by Monroe County Department of Human Services since 1999. Michelle is also a Grievance Co-Chair for Federation of Social Workers local 381. Her family includes fiance, Tony Geraci, son, Jesse, daughter Jasmine,and granddaughter Lexie.
- Kathy Bogart
- Alyssa'a aunt and Chris Bruno's sister. She graduated from Niagara University in 1991 with a BS in Biology and Chemistry and from Keuka College in 1996 with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She is employed as an Occupational Therapist working in Special Education with Wayne-Finger Lakes Boces, and per diem as an evaluator and New York State certified Clinical Lab Instructor for Finger Lakes Regional EMS Council. Her family includes her husband Jim, son TJ, and daughter Melanie.
- Bean Cromwell
- Pediatric nurse practitioner for CompassionNet, a pediatric palliative care program. A graduate of Niagara University and the University of Rochester. Family includes,my husband Sam, and daughters ,Laura, Ana Rose and Sophia.
- Adola DeWolf
- Secretary for Aylssa's Angels. Adola has a Masters in Education and has worked for the Monroe County Children's Center, Rochester, NY for 23 years.
- Tom Fox
- Thomas Fox, godfather of Alyssa Bruno. Graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1977, and have worked for the Office of Children and Family Services since 1978. Live in Rochester, New York, single and spend most of my time traveling, playing golf, reading and listening to music.

- Treasurer Alyssa's Angels. Graduate of SUNY Fredonia. Currently an Administrator with the NYS Office of Children & Family Services/Division of Juvenile Justice. Resides in the City of Rochester.
- Mike Marinan

- Co-chairs the Marketing and Public Relations Committee for Alyssas Angels. Employed as vice president of marketing at the Pulse Marketing Group in Fairport. Previously worked in Child Protective Services and is also a past president of the Federation of Social Workers. Lives in Pittsford with his wife, Karen and daughters Carly and Molly.
- Bill Sedgewick
- Former Rochester Rhino soccer player passionately involved with children's cancer charity work during his 7 years with the club. Retired from playing in May 2009 and now lives up in Montreal, Canada with his wife Joan of 7 yrs. He currently is self-employed working in the commodities business and coaches youth soccer in Montreal.
- Glen Spinelli
- A Rochester native, practicing Dentist in town , live in Pittsford with my wife and two children. Attended Aquinas and the Univ. of Buffalo.
